Filler? Never, I hardly know'er!

I had something I wanted to say, but I forgot (and of course I can't remember if it belonged here or in UNA). Obviously it must not have been important. Instead I'll leave you with a cool image from APOD from the other day: (click for full size)

This used to be considered a "hole in the sky," but APOD doesn't go into too much detail about what was meant by that, I'm guessing it's some cute reference or something...I find it hard to believe that anyone thought that in the last couple hundred years. Oh well, I suppose I'll go wiki it...

(Okay, wiki summary: the usual that you'd expect about dust clouds...filled with dust (wow), but are suspected to be "nurseries" where stars form. It showed some of the cooler dust clouds as well, and following link to link I learned that this particular one is located towards Ophiuchus (the "13th" constellation of the zodiac). Some of these dark clouds are visible as dark stains against the backdrop of the Milky Way).
